      Co-Pay Assistance

      ACCC Patient Assistance and Reimbursement Guide is available online and in print FREE to ACCC members. Expanded and updated, ACCC's Patient Assistance and Reimbursement Guide features a quick reference guide by drug name with links directly to the drug manufacturers. 

      The CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established in 2007 to address the needs of individuals who cannot afford their insurance co-payments to cover the cost of medications for treating cancer. 

      Family Reach is a national nonprofit dedicated to alleviating the financial burden of cancer. Working with more than 400 top-tier hospitals and cancer centers nationwide, they provide immediate financial assistance, education and navigation to families before they hit critical breaking points. 

      They created the Medicine Assistance Tool (MAT) to provide a dedicated search engine that allows users to search for financial assistance resources available to them, their loved ones or patients in their lives through the various biopharmaceutical industry programs available for patients who are eligible.

      The Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation is an independent, national 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping federally and commercially insured people living with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases with the out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed medications.

      The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) currently provides direct financial support to insured patients, including Medicare Part D beneficiaries, who must financially and medically qualify to access pharmaceutical co-payment assistance. Call counselors personally guiding patients through the enrollment process.

      PSI is the "ground breaking" 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization helping people who live with certain chronic illnesses or conditions locate suitable health insurance coverage and access ways to satisfy expensive co-payments.  PSI provides assistance with the cost of health insurance premiums associated with COBRAs, State High Risk Pools, Open enrollment,  Guaranteed Issue policies, HIPAA conversion policies; and prescriptions co-payments associated with private insurance as well as with Medicare Parts B and D.
